Outside Rental Sales Representative Location: Las Vegas, NV 89081 Compensation: $50,000$55,000 annually (plus growth opportunity) Drive Revenue. Build Relationships. Be on the Front Line. We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Rental Sales Representative to grow and manage our rental business. This role is ideal for a self-starter who enjoys being in the field, building customer relationships, and maximizing fleet utilization and profitability. As an Outside Rental Sales Rep, you will be responsible for developing new business, maintaining existing accounts, and ensuring our rental fleet is performing at its highest potential. What Youll Do Proactively develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to maximize rental revenue and fleet utilization Spend approximately 60% of your time in the field conducting follow-ups, cold calls, and prospecting new customers Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers by understanding their industries and equipment needs Complete all required paperwork for new rental accounts accurately and efficiently Provide weekly performance updates, including call logs Coordinate with management on rental fleet repairs, damage documentation, estimates, and customer rebilling Inspect and maintain the appearance and condition of rental equipment on the lot Ensure 100% compliance with insurance requirements, rental inspections, trip reports, and administrative processes Work closely with internal departments to support seamless operations Participate in ongoing training and development to meet performance goals Be available for occasional night and weekend call-outs as needed What Were Looking For High school diploma required; college degree preferred or equivalent experience Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills Professional appearance and customer-focused mindset Ability to manage time independently and work effectively in a field sales environment Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors and around heavy equipment Physically able to climb in and out of trucks and perform regular inspections Valid transportation for sales calls within the territory Work Schedule MondayFriday, 8:00 AM5:00 PM Workday begins and ends at the dealership Why Join Us?
