Sahara Ave, Suite 103 Las Vegas, NV 89117 Pay: $12.00 + Plus Bonuses About the Role: We're looking for a detail-oriented Verifier to join our Quality Control Team! You'll play a crucial role in making sure all sales are accurate, compliant, and ready for processing. This is your chance to be the backbone of the sales floor -- keeping everything running smooth, sharp, and professional. As our Verifier, you'll finalize sales the right way while wearing many hats: problem solver, motivator, and process pro. Responsibilities: * Review and confirm sales completed by representatives for accuracy and compliance. * Verify that all required customer information, disclosures, and terms are properly documented. * Ensure each sale meets company and client quality standards. * Communicate with sales agents to resolve discrepancies or missing details. * Log verification results accurately into the system. * Maintain confidentiality of customer and company data at all times. * Handle customer concerns like a pro -- persistence pays off. * Step in confidently when dealing directly with customers. * Stay active on the dialer when things get quiet. * Help new reps navigate the dialer and get up to speed. * Focus on your hustle and growth -- earning and excellence go hand in hand. Requirements: * Prior experience in a call center, sales, or verifications role preferred. * Strong attention to detail and excellent listening skills. * Clear and professional phone communication. * Ability to multitask and stay sharp under pressure. * Basic computer and data entry skills. * Reliable attendance and a positive, can-do attitude. * A hustle mindset and willingness to jump in and help wherever needed.
