Job Summary As a Business Development Professional, you will be at the forefront of driving growth and expanding our market presence. Your role will involve identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and developing strategic plans to enhance our sales efforts. What you 'll do * Handle business development and customer relations. We want someone comfortable with constant follow-up with customers. * Use the badger app to record routes and progress * Weekly check-ins with management. * Work with management on bids and constructability to stay on top of company's capabilities and capacity * Attend conferences and events to build relationships * Setup field visits with customers during project execution and act as a champion for the company. * Must be proficient in MS office apps * Detailed orientated * Bring new and creative ideas on how to reach out to potential clients * SALARY $80,000 - $130,000 PLUS 1% COMMISSION (GROSS) Why you 'll love it here We are dedicated to creating an environment where our employees can thrive both professionally and personally.
