About the Role Medicare Overrides is seeking a seasoned Health Insurance Professional with extensive Medicare experience to help expand our agency footprint across Tennessee and neighboring states. This is a field based role, not a call center position. Our agency utilizes a unique, education-first approach to Medicare sales--offering educational classes for seniors that consistently generate high-quality, compliant leads for agents. This proven system allows our agency leaders and agents to be highly productive while maintaining strong compliance standards. Key Responsibilities * Recruit, onboard, and develop Medicare agents * Lead and mentor agents to drive production and long-term retention * Maximize agency resources, training programs, and marketing support * Oversee agent performance and growth within assigned territory * Support expansion efforts across Indiana and surrounding markets * Collaborate with leadership on strategy, growth initiatives, and market development What We 're Looking For * Extensive experience in Medicare insurance (Advantage, Supplements, PDP) * Prior experience recruiting, managing, or mentoring agents preferred * Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills * Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to build and scale a business * Knowledge of Medicare compliance and CMS guidelines * Active health insurance license (Indiana required; neighboring states a plus) Compensation & Benefits * $50,000 base + Bonus/Commission * Competitive commission and bonus structure * No cap on earnings * Marketing support through educational seminars and lead generation * Training systems, infrastructure, and operational support provided * True partnership opportunity to build and own your book of business Why Medicare Overrides * Proven education-based lead generation model * Agent-first philosophy focused on long-term growth * Scalable platform with leadership support * Opportunity to grow your own agency without starting from scratch Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $50,000.00 per year Benefits: * Flexible schedule Work Location: On the road
