About the Role As an Agent in Training, you'll play a key role in providing tailored protection solutions for clients while developing advanced business and sales strategies alongside a seasoned agency team. Key Responsibilities * Proactively generate new business through prospecting, referrals, and networking * Conduct thorough insurance consultations to align clients with appropriate coverage * Present and sell Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial insurance products * Build and maintain strong client relationships through personalized service and support * Manage sales activity, follow-ups, and renewals using CRM systems * Adhere to California Department of Insurance regulations and company compliance standards Qualifications Candidates must bring proven industry experience and proper California licensing.
