About the Role We're hiring onsite outbound call center representatives in downtown Columbus. This role is ideal for someone who knows how to handle outbound calls, stay positive under pressure, and work well in a team setting. You'll make warm outbound calls only (no cold calling or selling) to connect potential customers with licensed insurance agents. Consistent performance and great communication skills will help you reach top earnings.
