About the Role

This is a commission-based sales opportunity with built-in incentive bonuses. As a contractor, you will choose your own working hours, though top earners typically complete appointments 5 -6 days per week. Bonus eligibility may depend on consistent activity and minimum sales volumes.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners (virtual or in-person) to discuss solar solutions
• Guide clients through product and financing options
• Close sales and manage customer expectations professionally
• Self-generate additional leads through outreach and referrals
• Follow up with prospective clients and maintain records

Qualifications

• Must have 1 year minimum of prior sales experience; solar industry experience preferred but not required
• Proven ability to manage your own schedule and sales funnel
• Strong communication, closing, and interpersonal skills
• Competitive, coachable, and goal-oriented mindset
