Full description of the position
We are in search of a Head of Corporate Strategy who can excel in this role. Join a renowned company that specializes in delivering engagement solutions for Fortune 500 corporations. They offer services focused on enhancing employee engagement, increasing customer loyalty, driving sales incentives, and managing channel partner programs. The company's mission is to assist businesses in inspiring and engaging their employees, customers, and partners to achieve optimal results. Required to have a consistent work history - not more than 3 positions held in the last decade - The position involves a hybrid work style, but attendance in the office is mandatory at least 3 days per week. Location: Greater Boston area - office based in Waltham, MA Responsibilities * The Head of Corporate Strategy is accountable for identifying potential accounts, formulating an account entry strategy, executing a prospecting campaign, building relationships, understanding the client's crucial business strategies, and collaborating with a team of subject matter experts to develop and implement a solution to meet the client's business goals. Qualifications * Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience * At least 10 years of direct B2B sales experience targeting Fortune 1000 companies * A proven track record of generating new business by selling professional services * Experience in high-volume sales (minimum of $250k per sale) * Familiarity with a wide range of sales cycles (ranging from three to six to twelve months) * A history of stable employment with a maximum of three positions in the last ten years * Compensation structured with generous commissions and bonuses * Demonstrated ability to boost revenue through lead generation Compensation Package There is no limit to potential compensation, which is tied to individual performance.
