Objectives of this role: * Strong understanding of the sales process * Ability to excel at building relationships and closing deals Represent the company's products and services, as well as deep and comprehensive knowledge of how our solutions meet the needs of our customers Achieve weekly, monthly, and annual sales quotas by successfully implementing sales and marketing strategies and tactics Generate leads and build relationships by organizing daily work schedule to call on existing and potential customers * Successful negotiating skills and an ability to showcase our offerings in a compelling way Responsibilities Maintain working relationships with existing customers to ensure that they receive exceptional service and to identify potential new sales opportunities through repeat and referral business Identify prospects, set appointments, and manage sales cycle to close new self-generated leads Attend company generated in home sales consultations/appointments Prepare concise and accurate required sales contracts and supporting documents for order processing Support sales coordinators and project managers in the installation and completion of a new customer's products Coordinate with other sales representatives to ensure that quotas are being met and company standards are being upheld Required skills and qualifications Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills Strong ability to balance persuasion with professionalism Preferred skills and qualifications Proven success rate at levels above sales quota License/Certification: Must be 21 or older. Valid Driver License with a clean driving record (Required) Compensation: Our salespeople have uncapped earnings and top performers can make up to $200,000 per year A 6-month $50,000 draw.
