Full description of the position

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager to identify opportunities, cultivate relationships, and drive revenue growth across key markets. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in consultative selling, proposal development, and building long-term client partnerships. Key Responsibilities * Develop and execute strategies to identify and pursue new business opportunities * Build, manage, and nurture client relationships with decision-makers and procurement teams * Lead proposal and RFP response efforts, collaborating with internal teams to craft compelling solutions * Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities, tracking progress in CRM systems * Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor positioning, and client needs * Represent the company at industry conferences, networking events, and client meetings * Work cross-functionally with operations, recruiting, and delivery teams to ensure alignment between client expectations and internal capabilities * Meet and exceed revenue growth and client acquisition targets Required Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience) * 5+ years of business development, sales, or client relationship experience (professional services preferred) * Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue and growth targets * Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience delivering polished client presentations * Ability to manage multiple opportunities and priorities in a fast-paced environment * Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite Preferred Qualifications * Experience in [insert relevant industries (Life Sciences, Pharma, Federal contracting) * Knowledge of RFP/RFI processes and government or enterprise procurement cycles * Existing relationships with decision-makers in target industries
