Experienced Metal Finishing/Powder Coating Sales Professional Wanted! Are you a results-driven sales expert with a proven track record in the metal finishing, powder coating or related industries? Do you thrive on building relationships and closing deals? We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Salesperson to join our growing team. The Opportunity: We are a leading provider of powder coating services to specialized markets including aerospace, architectural and medical devices and high-quality industrial coating solutions. We need a tenacious individual to expand our market presence, manage existing key accounts, and drive significant new business growth with a nationwide interest. What We're Looking For: * Deep Industry Knowledge: Extensive, verifiable sales experience with a minimum of 5+ years specifically within the metal finishing, powder coating or related industrial coatings sectors. * Technical Acumen: The ability to understand and articulate the technical aspects of our products/services. Blueprint reading is a bonus. * Proven Sales History: A demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding ambitious sales targets with existing and new clientele. * Account Management: Proficiency in managing a robust sales pipeline, from initial lead generation and cold-calling to final contract negotiation and account maintenance. * Strong Communication: Exceptional presentation, written, and interpersonal skills. Key Responsibilities: * Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve quarterly and annual revenue goals. * Identify and qualify new business opportunities within our previously mentioned key markets. * Conduct technical sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients. * Provide market feedback and competitive intelligence to the management team. * Local travel required. National or regional travel may be necessary.
