The Job As a Field Support Manager , you'll be the extra gear that keeps our sales routes running strong. You'll jump in to support route coverage, merchandising, store resets, Red Bull standards, and in-market execution - while learning the world of sales from leaders who have been in your shoes. Your day in the field Picture this: you're out in the territory, greeting customers with a smile, fixing what needs fixing, and leaving stores better than you found them. You're building relationships, solving problems, and making sure Red Bull shows up the way it should - every time. Day-to-day responsibilities * Support the team with sales, merchandising, route coverage, and store resets * Train alongside a trainer and/or management to learn the skills and processes to win * Service and improve Red Bull standards across a territory * Travel up to 2 days/week (no more than 8 days/month) to support other territories * Ensure inventory, placement, and space are maximized for customer and distributor needs * Execute merchandising to meet standards set by the customer, Red Bull, and Voss * Support promotions, infrastructure, and growth directives * Communicate clearly - spot needs, fix issues, and help customers and teammates win * Pay (transparent and real) * Target first-year compensation (base + supplemental bonus): ~$35,700 Expected range: $35,700 -$40,000/year (base + supplemental bonus) * Why Voss We're proud of what we've built - and we're still growing.
