Sunset Distribution is a beverage distributor that is deeply passionate about beer, cider, wine and non-alcohol beverages. We are currently seeking a self-motivated, highly-organized team member to assist the sales team in producing maximum sales and distribution of draft and/or package products and providing quality service to customers.

Responsibilities

• Increase sales and profitability for identified key accounts.
• Develop and execute sales goals and initiatives.
• Effectively execute marketing strategies for products and programs.
• Develop gross profit, distribution, pricing, brand feature, promotion, and execution plans for assigned key accounts.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key account personnel and top management.
• Educate customers on product benefits and terminology to improve sales or renew contracts.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow-through on commitments.
• Work with the Channel Manager to prepare and submit sales reports.
• Collaborate with upper management to develop customer relationships.
• Demonstrate deep knowledge of the beer industry, including competitive opportunities and threats.
• Provide excellent, proactive customer service.
• Be a great communicator with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
• Use tools such as VIP, Excel, iDig, Formstack, and other relevant software effectively.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment with strong problem-solving skills.
• Multi-task and adapt to changing priorities on a daily basis.

Qualifications

:

• High School diploma or GED certificate.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Five to seven years of progressive sales and management experience.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
