Sunset Distribution is a beverage distributor that is deeply passionate about beer, cider, wine and non-alcohol beverages. We are currently seeking a self-motivated, highly-organized team member to assist the sales team in producing maximum sales and distribution of draft and/or package products and providing quality service to customers. Responsibilities * Increase sales and profitability for identified key accounts. * Develop and execute sales goals and initiatives. * Effectively execute marketing strategies for products and programs. * Develop gross profit, distribution, pricing, brand feature, promotion, and execution plans for assigned key accounts. * Build and maintain strong relationships with key account personnel and top management. * Educate customers on product benefits and terminology to improve sales or renew contracts. * Provide excellent customer service and follow-through on commitments. * Work with the Channel Manager to prepare and submit sales reports. * Collaborate with upper management to develop customer relationships. * Demonstrate deep knowledge of the beer industry, including competitive opportunities and threats. * Provide excellent, proactive customer service. * Be a great communicator with strong attention to detail and follow-through. * Use tools such as VIP, Excel, iDig, Formstack, and other relevant software effectively. * Thrive in a fast-paced environment with strong problem-solving skills. * Multi-task and adapt to changing priorities on a daily basis. Qualifications: * High School diploma or GED certificate. * Valid Driver's License. * Five to seven years of progressive sales and management experience. * Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
