Part-Time -> Full-Time | Growth Opportunity Studio Med Spa is seeking an experienced Aesthetic Registered Nurse (RN) who is both clinically excellent and confident in converting consultations into treatment plans and packages. This role is ideal for a high-performing injector who understands that results + patient trust = sales success. What You'll Do * Perform advanced aesthetic treatments including: * Neuromodulators (Botox, Dysport, etc.) * Dermal fillers (face, lips, contouring) * Laser and energy-based treatments * Body and skin rejuvenation procedures * Conduct thorough consultations and build custom treatment plans * Educate patients and confidently recommend packages, memberships, and upgrades * Meet or exceed monthly sales and retention goals * Build long-term patient relationships and repeat clientele * Collaborate with providers and front desk to maximize patient experience What We're Looking For * Active California RN license * Minimum 2+ years of hands-on aesthetic experience (injectables required) * Proven sales performance (packages, memberships, treatment plans) * Strong consultation skills and patient communication * Comfortable discussing pricing, value, and long-term treatment plans * Professional, polished, and confident bedside manner * Self-motivated, growth-oriented, and accountable Bonus Points For * Existing book of clients * Experience with weight-loss programs, PRP, peptides, or advanced devices * Social media presence or willingness to participate in content * Leadership or training experience Schedule & Compensation * Part-time with opportunity to grow into full-time * Competitive hourly + commission/bonus structure * Employee discounts and ongoing training * Clear growth path within a rapidly expanding med spa Who This Is Perfect For * An RN who loves injecting AND selling ethically * Someone who wants to earn more by producing more * A provider who treats the med spa like a business, not just a shift To apply: Send your resume and a brief note describing your aesthetic experience and your approach to patient consultations and sales.
