Surgical Sales Advisor / Patient Care Coordinator High-Structure Medical Sales Role Brentwood, TN | Boutique Plastic Surgery Practice Full-Time | Onsite About the Role We are a high-end, relationship-driven plastic surgery practice in Brentwood, TN seeking a *Patient Care Coordinator - Administrator * to manage patient flow, warm lead follow-up, and consult preparation. This is a high-discipline, high-structure role designed for professionals who value routine, accountability, and consistent execution in a premium medical environment. This position is not about improvisation or freelancing. It is about doing the fundamentals exceptionally well--every day. Important Clarity on Outbound Activity Outbound activity in this role consists of hot/warm, inbound-generated leads and existing patient follow-up. * No cold calling * No high-pressure dialing * All outreach directly supports upcoming or potential physician consultations Who This Role Is For This position is ideal for candidates who: * Thrive in structured, process-driven environments * Are comfortable with high volumes of warm follow-up calls * Value consistency, accuracy, and accountability * Respect leadership, coaching, and established protocols * Take pride in documentation, follow-through, and operational excellence * Prefer predictable success over autonomy without structure Compensation & Earnings * Base Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 * Commission: 1.0% - 2.0% of collected surgical sales (capped) * Target On-Target Earnings (OTE): $100,000 - $140,000+ We reward reliability, consistency, and disciplined execution. Key Responsibilities * Respond immediately to new patient inquiries (phone, web, social media) * Complete 250 -500 warm follow-up calls per week * Execute a defined multi-channel follow-up cadence (call, text, email) * Re-engage and reactivate warm patient inquiries * Qualify patients for surgical consultations using scripted protocols * Confirm medical readiness, financial alignment, and timing * Schedule and prepare physician consultations * Surface objections (without resolving complex ones) * Maintain impeccable CRM/EMR documentation and lead status accuracy * Support the consult team with clean, complete handoffs This Role Is Not a Fit If You: Dislike outbound calling (even warm calls) * Prefer autonomy over structure * Resist scripts, documentation, or oversight * Rely on persuasion instead of process * Lose focus once routines are established We are selective by design.
