As we continue to grow, we are looking for a driven Inside Sales Account Executive to lead and expand our inside sales efforts in the Los Angeles market. Position Summary: The Inside Sales Account Executive (AE) is responsible for engaging prospective merchants through outbound and inbound calls, qualifying leads, conducting sales presentations, presenting pricing and product packages, and closing new merchant accounts. This role is central to CashNet Solutions, Inc. (CashNet) inside sales engine and requires strong communication skills, persistence, organization, and consistent daily activity. The Inside Sales AE will follow CashNet's structured Sales Process, utilizing CRM systems, quoting tools, call scripts, and training materials to achieve monthly production goals. The AE will work closely with the Inside Sales Manager to improve skill sets, track pipeline progress, and increase close ratios. The ideal candidate is competitive, coachable, energetic, and driven to exceed expectations in a high-performance sales environment. Essential Job Functions: * Conduct outbound cold calls, follow-up calls, prospecting calls, and inbound lead responses to prospective merchants. * Follow Cashnet's Steps to the Sale including meet & greet, discovery, pricing, approval process, and e-sign workflows. * Set and run sales meetings via phone or virtual platform, presenting CashNet's processing, POS, and subscription leasing solutions. * Qualify leads by gathering statements, processing data, equipment needs, and business information. * Prepare and deliver quotes, processing proposals, and lease subscription packages. * Maintain a high level of daily outbound activity including calls, emails, texts, and CRM follow-up tasks. * Track all interactions in CRM with accurate notes, statuses, next steps, and follow-up reminders. * Use call scripts, rebuttals, training tools, and manager feedback to overcome objections and increase closing effectiveness. * Work closely with Inside Sales Manager for TO (Turn Over) assistance when needed to close deals. * Ensure all required merchant documents are collected, complete, and submitted for underwriting. * Maintain a professional, organized pipeline and deliver consistent weekly production. * Collaborate with Deployment and Support to ensure smooth merchant onboarding and activation. * Attend daily huddles, weekly training sessions, and coaching meetings. * Maintain a strong professional attitude, positive energy, and commitment to improving skill sets. Performance Expectations: * Minimum 70 outbound sales dials per day on average. * Minimum 2 meetings booked per day (appointments or demos). * Minimum 3 Turn Overs (TOs) to a manager per day for closing support. * Minimum 3 merchant statements received per week for quoting and processing comparisons. * Minimum 2 deals sold per week and 8 deals sold per month. * Maintain high activity levels including calls, follow-up tasks, quotes, and CRM updates. * Achieve strong conversion ratios from lead -> appointment -> quote -> approval -> install. * Maintain accurate CRM documentation and pipeline hygiene at all times. * Maintain professionalism and adherence to the CashNet Sales Process. * Ensure all training videos are completed within the first 4 weeks of start date, with ongoing training upkeep required thereafter. * Attend all required meetings, training sessions, and daily huddles. * Maintain strong collaboration with Inside Sales Manager for skill development and accountability. * Ensure 90% merchant sold-to-install completion ratio on deals submitted. * Achieve 85%+ subscription lease penetration on deals sold. Job Requirements: * Prior experience in inside sales, phone sales, SDR/BDR roles, or merchant services is preferred. * Strong communication skills and the ability to persuade, influence, and build rapport with business owners. * High self-motivation, discipline, and ability to thrive in a high-volume call environment. * Ability to manage multiple leads, follow-up tasks, and pipeline stages simultaneously. * Strong objection-handling skills and a willingness to learn advanced sales techniques. * Proficiency with CRM systems, quoting tools, email communication, and digital sales tools. * Competitive, coachable, energetic, and driven to hit performance targets. * Ability to work Monday-Friday with consistent attendance and punctuality. * Professional attitude and strong organizational time management skills.
