Job Summary Our ideal candidate is a people-person who thrives on networking, building relationships, and generating revenue. This role is focused on business development and outside sales , creating referral partnerships with insurance agents, property managers, realtors, and restoration contractors. The right person is self-motivated, confident, and professional , with the ability to represent our company at networking groups (like BNI), office visits, and industry events. You'll be the face of BH Environmental, helping us grow our presence and client base across the South Bay and Los Angeles. Compensation and Benefits * Base salary: $50,000/year * Plus commission on closed sales (uncapped earning potential) * Typical earnings with commissions: $80,000 -$100,000+ per year (depending on performance) * ~19 Paid Resting Days (7 vacation, 6 Jewish Holidays, 6 American Holidays) * 6 sick days (3 more than CA standard) * End-of-Year company Get Together & Holiday Gift * Support for training and continuing education Role and Responsibilities * Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives and maximize revenue. * Identify and generate leads through cold calling, networking, and other lead generation strategies. * Conduct product/service presentations to prospective clients, clearly showcasing the value of our offerings. * Build and maintain strong relationships with insurance agents, property managers, realtors, plumbers and other partners. * Actively participate in networking events (e.g., BNI) to promote the company and generate referrals. * Conduct outreach visits and follow-ups with partners and prospective clients. * Track sales activities, leads, and follow-ups to meet growth targets. * Collaborate with the internal team to prepare proposals and close new projects. Qualifications and Requirements * Prior outside sales or business development experience (property management, insurance, real estate, or restoration industry preferred). * Strong communication and relationship-building skills. * Self-motivated and able to work independently to achieve sales goals. * Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. * Comfortable with public speaking and networking. * Proficient with email, Word, Excel, and PDF tools. * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Preferred Skills * Confidence in networking, presentations, and public speaking. * Positive attitude and strong customer service orientation. * Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus.
