This position will be located in*Abingdon, MD. Quandel Enterprises, LLC is a comprehensive construction, construction management, and project development company in the Mid-Atlantic region. WHAT YOU WILL DO: The Director of Business Development is responsible for leading Quandel's marketing and sales efforts by building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers, including developers, architects, and public and private partners. This role focuses on identifying new opportunities, expanding market presence, and driving growth. The ideal candidate is a collaborative, professional self-starter with a positive attitude and a strong sense of ownership. WHAT YOU BRING: * 5 years of experience in marketing or business development, preferably in the AEC industry. * Proven track record in sales, client relationship management, and business growth. * Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration and presentations. * Skilled in working independently and within cross-functional teams. * Excellent time management and organizational abilities. * Experienced in prospecting, lead generation, and pipeline development. * Proficient in using CRM tools to track and manage business development activities. * Adept at crafting strategies, proposals, and compelling client presentations. * Familiarity with various construction delivery methods and industry practices. * Demonstrates leadership, ownership, and a continuous improvement mindset with a strong emphasis on teamwork.
