Description: Responsibilities * Assist customers with apparel and accessory selections in a professional and engaging manner. * Provide expert knowledge on Harley-Davidson MotorClothes products and promotions. * Maintain showroom appearance and merchandising standards. * Process sales transactions quickly and accurately. * Participate in dealership events, promotions, and product launches. Qualifications * High school diploma or equivalent required. * Previous retail or sales experience preferred, especially in apparel or lifestyle brands. * Passion for the Harley-Davidson brand and the motorcycle community. * Strong interpersonal and communication skills. * Ability to engage with customers in a professional and enthusiastic manner. * Detail-oriented, dependable, and organized. * Ability to handle multiple customers and priorities simultaneously. * Proficient in point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic computer applications. * Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required. * Valid driver's license preferred.
