The final pay offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to the type and years of experience within the job, the type and years and experience within the industry, education, etc. What You 'll Do: * Source, appraise, and price used vehicle inventory with precision and profitability in mind * Analyze market trends and use tools like vAuto or similar to stay ahead of pricing strategy * Lead and develop a motivated sales team with clear goals and performance expectations * Manage reconditioning workflow with service/parts departments to get cars front-line ready fast * Drive volume while maximizing gross profit and maintaining inventory turn targets * Monitor digital retail presence to ensure all used vehicles are competitively merchandised online What We 're Looking For: * Minimum 2 years of used car or automotive management experience * Strong background in vehicle acquisition, inventory turn, and gross profit performance * Excellent leadership, accountability, and team development skills * Tech-savvy and proficient with dealer software platforms (e.g., CDK, vAuto) * Clear understanding of market trends, digital sales channels, and customer expectations * Valid driver's license and clean driving record What You 'll Get: * Competitive base + performance bonus structure * Full benefits: medical, dental, vision, 401(k) and many, many more * Paid time off and holidays * Leadership support from a dealer group invested in your success * Career growth opportunities within a fast-growing operation About Asbury Herb Chambers is part of Asbury Automotive Group (NYSE: ABG), a Fortune 500 company, and one of the largest franchised automotive retailers in the United States.
