Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Car Sales Finance Manager to lead our automotive financing operations and enhance the overall customer experience. Responsibilities * Manage the entire sales & finance process for vehicle sales, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations. * Develop and nurture relationships with external financial institutions to secure competitive financing options for customers. * Conduct B2B (business-to-business) negotiations to establish favorable terms and expand financing partnerships. * Lead outbound sales efforts by calling potential clients, following up on leads, and building a robust sales pipeline. WE CURRENTLY HAVE OVER 150 LEADS PER ASSOCIATE EVERY MONTH! * Assist customers in selecting optimal finance packages through upselling and cross-selling additional products or services. * Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software to track leads, manage customer data, and monitor sales progress effectively. * Provide exceptional customer service by maintaining professional phone etiquette, clear communication skills, and engaging public speaking when presenting options. * Oversee inventory management related to finance products and dealership offerings to ensure availability and proper inventory control. * Support the sales team with marketing initiatives aimed at increasing high-end sales and expanding retail sales channels. * Maintain organized records of all transactions, deal documentation, and compliance reports while supporting continuous improvement in sales processes. Skills * Proven experience in automobile sales, retail sales, or dealership environments with a focus on finance management. * Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication abilities to build rapport with clients and financial partners. * Demonstrated success in outside sales, B2B sales, outbound calling, and cold calling strategies. * Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are highly desirable to serve diverse customer bases effectively. * Proficiency in CRM software and inventory management systems to streamline operations and enhance the sales pipeline. * Expertise in upselling, deal closing techniques, and high-end sales strategies to maximize revenue opportunities. * Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail in retail math, inventory control, and documentation processes. * Effective public speaking skills for presentations or customer consultations. * Strong understanding of automotive industry standards, public speaking techniques, and customer service excellence.
