The Opportunity We're looking for Bilingual Case Consultants to join our established sales team. You'll be the first point of contact with prospective clients-- evaluating case eligibility, converting leads, and guiding them through the onboarding process. This is a sales-driven role designed for someone who thrives in a high-volume, target-oriented environment while maintaining empathy and professionalism with clients. Our incentive structure rewards performance, and our consultants earn $100,000+ annually. Work Setup * Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week, flexible schedule * Location: Onsite in Los Angeles, CA (90010) What You 'll Do * Evaluate prospective client inquiries and calls, analyzing case fit. * Convert leads into retained clients. * Qualify clients for immigration services and explain retainers, payment plans, and onboarding. * Complete intake forms and maintain accurate documentation. * Communicate with prospective clients via phone, video, text, and email. * Collaborate with Case Analysts and share feedback on client interactions. * Process payments through approved methods. * Track and report client interactions and sales outcomes. * Keep Zoho CRM updated with accurate client and case data. * Deliver targeted sales strategies to consistently meet monthly goals. Requirements: * High School Diploma required ; Bachelor's Degree preferred. * 2+ years of outbound sales experience, or 3+ years in sales. * Bilingual: fluent in English and Spanish. * Comfortable working with monthly metrics and exceeding sales goals. * Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills. * Tech-savvy: able to use case management software (CLIO) , Zoho, G Suite, and related systems. * Interest in the legal industry; immigration law experience is a plus. * Empathetic, client-focused, and able to evaluate cases with discretion. * Reliable computer setup (laptop/PC, headset, stable internet min. 10 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload)
