Full description of the position
We are hiring a motivated and customer-focused Ford Sales Representative to join our team at a busy Ford dealership in North Orange County. This is a great opportunity for individuals who are driven, professional, and eager to grow in automotive sales. Prior experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate. Responsibilities * Greet customers promptly and professionally * Assist customers with selecting new and pre-owned Ford vehicles * Conduct vehicle walk-arounds and test drives * Explain vehicle features, pricing, incentives, and financing options * Follow up with customers to build long-term relationships * Accurately enter customer information into the CRM/DMS * Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals * Stay current on Ford products, programs, and promotions * Work closely with management and the finance department Qualifications * Automotive sales experience preferred but not required * Strong communication and customer service skills * Self-motivated with a positive attitude * Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends * Valid California driver's license and clean driving record * Professional appearance and demeanor Compensation & Benefits * Competitive commission-based pay with strong earning potential * Paid training and ongoing support * Medical, dental, and vision benefits (eligible employees) * Paid time off * Employee discounts on vehicles and service * Opportunities for advancement Pay: $60,275.70 - $72,590.09 per year Work Location: In personConfidential
