Our Executive Sales Representative position is a one of a kind PRN position that allows the right candidate the opportunity to expand their sales experience through a uniquely structured commission based pay. This is a flexible opportunity that fits around your existing career. Marden Rehabilitation provides Home Health services in our patients' homes and in local assisted living facilities. Our goal is to provide seamless continuity of quality care; delivered with compassion, dignity, and respect. As an Executive Sale Representative for Marden Rehabilitation, you will promote our patient centered services by establishing and developing relationships with assisted living facilities, hospitals, and other community partners that refer to or may refer to home health. Qualifications * High energy and self-motivated, able to work independently * Be able to use a multitude of sourcing streams including emails, cold calling, and other means of business development * Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills * Knowledge of medical field market and trends * Home health experience a plus * Ability to travel locally * Must have a valid driver's license and insurance * Bachelor's Degree - experience may be considered in lieu of a degree Pay Structure * Pay is commission based only and is based on the size and life of the contracts you acquire for Marden.
