No print industry experience is required. The Role This is a relationship-based business development role. You focus on introductions, opportunity identification, and relationship management. Our internal team handles quoting, production, fulfillment, and ongoing service. Responsibilities * Introduce Minuteman Press Nashville to businesses within your professional network * Identify opportunities for print, marketing, signage, and branded materials * Build and maintain strong, trust-based professional relationships * Support a positive, consistent customer experience * Collaborate with our internal team, who manage quoting, service, and production Compensation This is a 1099 independent contractor role with commission-only compensation and residual income on ongoing client relationships. * 8% -12% commission on revenue for all orders during the first year of a client relationship * 3% -5% residual commission on revenue for continuing orders after the first year Actual earnings vary based on relationships, activity level, and client volume.
