Physician Liaison -- Arizona iSLEEP | Sleep Care, Made Human At iSLEEP, we believe sleep care should feel less like a system and more like a relationship--timely, thoughtful, and genuinely human. We're looking for a Physician Liaison to support our growing footprint across Arizona --someone who builds real relationships, solves problems, and helps providers deliver better care to their patients. This isn't a drop-off-a-brochure role. It's about partnership. What You'll Do You'll be the face and voice of iSLEEP in Arizona--working directly with physicians, clinic teams, and healthcare leaders to make sleep care easier to access and easier to deliver. * Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with referring providers and clinic staff * Educate practices on iSLEEP's end-to-end sleep care model--from diagnosis to treatment and long-term support * Act as a problem-solver for referral partners by removing friction, answering questions, and improving workflows * Collaborate closely with internal clinical, operations, and customer experience teams * Identify growth opportunities within your territory and deepen existing partnerships * Represent iSLEEP with warmth, professionalism, and authenticity--every interaction matters What We're Looking For * Experience as a Physician Liaison, Medical Sales Representative, or similar healthcare relationship-driven role * Working knowledge of healthcare workflows--sleep medicine or DME experience is a plus. * A natural relationship builder who listens first and communicates clearly * Organized, self-directed, and comfortable managing a territory * Someone who genuinely cares about patient experience--not just metrics Why iSLEEP We take care of our people the same way we expect them to take care of our patients--with intention and generosity.
