Position Overview The Manager in Training (MIT) role is designed for individuals who want to learn how to lead teams, manage client campaigns, and eventually run a business unit. This position is hands-on and fast-paced -- not remote, not call-center based. We specialize in in-person marketing , including community events, retail partnerships, and high-traffic promotional environments. You will start by mastering the foundations of our marketing systems, client representation, and event execution. As you progress, you'll take on leadership responsibilities, assist with team development, and work toward managing your own team and office.
