We are seeking a friendly, energetic, and customer-oriented individual to join our team! In this role, you will assist the team in the implementation of all retail activities, working closely to increase brand awareness, drive sales, and ultimately generate new leads. You will be the customer's sole point of contact to ensure their needs are exceeded by building and fostering long-lasting, successful, and trusting relationships. Responsibilities: * Assist customers in finding products and providing them with product information. * Provide sales assistance and generate leads * Provide brand promotion and awareness for our clients * Promote sales and special offers to customers and encourage them to sign up for loyalty programs. * Answer customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional and courteous manner. * Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the store. * Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, new arrivals, and store promotions.
