Job Summary We are a real estate investment firm specializing in the acquisition of properties through trustee sales, foreclosure auctions, and other distressed asset channels. We are seeking a driven, detail-oriented Real Estate Assistant with existing real estate knowledge who can help identify, evaluate, and support the acquisition of investment properties. Responsibilities: * Research and evaluate properties scheduled for trustee sale and foreclosure auctions * Perform preliminary title and lien research * Analyze property values, ARV, and repair estimates * Assist with due diligence and acquisition preparation * Coordinate with title companies, attorneys, and vendors * Maintain property and lead databases * Prepare summary reports on prospective properties * Attend trustee sales as needed (optional but preferred) Experience * Working knowledge of real estate transactions and terminology * Familiarity with trustee sales, foreclosures, liens, and title searches (preferred) * Ability to evaluate property values and investment potential * Strong analytical and research skills * Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets and online real estate tools * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Reliable transportation (if local field work is required) Preferred Qualifications: * Real estate license (not required but a plus) * Experience in real estate investing, wholesaling, probate, or foreclosure markets * Experience using MLS, PropStream, CoStar, or similar platforms Job Type: Full-time Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour Ability to Commute: * Culver City, CA 90232 (Required) Work Location: In person
