Progressive Marketing is hiring a Client Engagement & Development Specialist to join our team and provide exceptional service to our growing client base. The primary focus for this role is outreach to prospective clients via phone, email, and in person creating new business.. The focus will be on finding securing new corporate accounts. In this role you will also be responsible for researching and pricing promotional products, responding to quote requests, processing orders and working with our suppliers to ensure everything runs smoothly until orders are delivered. Everyone in the company as a team member works together to accomplih what is need at the time. The primary responsibility is finding and developing new corporate accounts. About Progressive Marketing: As a leader in the promotional products industry for over 45 years, we work with large and small corporations and organizations, educational institutions, government entities and healthcare markets to provide them high quality promotional products and branded apparel for their customers and employees. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Prospecting new corporate accounts and securing their busines * Product research and pricing * Responding to quote requests * Submitting new customer orders * Developing relationships and gaining new orders with existing contracts and customers * Prospecting for new business * Communicating effectively with suppliers to quote and process orders * Monitoring orders through shipping and delivery * Customer follow-up SKILLS: * Prospecting foe new business and closing new business opportunities * Ability to research, recommend and accurately price promotional products, apparel and awards * Excellent attention to detail * Excellent written and verbal skills * Excellent Customer Service * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with a focus on Excel * Adobe Illustrator * Email Marketing * Leveraging AI technology (Optional) REQUIREMENTS: * 3 years of client / account development management experience * 1 year of Marketing experience, with expertise in email Education: * Bachelor's degree or Associate degree preferred Pay Rate: * Salary Benefits: * 401(k) matching * Paid time off * Paid commission on new client orders * Monthly bonus opportunities * Annual bonus opportunity * Employee discount Job Type: Full-time Pay: $28.00 - $48.00 per hour Expected hours: 39 - 50 per week Benefits: * 401(k) * Employee discount * Health insurance * Paid time off Application Question(s): * on a 1 to 10 how ambitious are you Work Location: In person
