What You Will Do Our Channel Partner Manager plays a foundational role in enabling and empowering our ERP Value Added Reseller (VAR) partners across the Sage, Acumatica, NetSuite, VISUAL, and Microsoft Dynamics BC ecosystems. You will strengthen partner relationships, equip VAR sales teams with the tools and knowledge they need to win, and ensure consistent topoffunnel activity that fuels our Channel Sales Executive's pipeline. Your work ensures that every partner is confident, capable, and motivated to position ShipLinx TMS as the leading integrated shipping solution within their ERP offerings. Your Typical Day * Build strong, ongoing relationships with VAR leadership and sales teams , becoming their goto resource for ShipLinx TMS strategy, support, and enablement. * Drive partner engagement by coordinating onboarding, training, and ongoing education that helps VAR Sales Executives confidently position and sell our TMS solutions. * Support the Channel Sales Executive by assisting with partnerled sales cycles, coordinating pre-sales discovery calls, and ensuring partners have what they need to close business. * Manage topoffunnel activity within each VAR organization by monitoring lead flow, supporting outbound initiatives, and ensuring timely followup on new opportunities. * Collaborate with partner marketing teams to execute campaigns, webinars, and events that generate awareness and robust pipeline for ShipLinx TMS. * Track partner performance , pipeline health, and activity metrics using CRM tools, ensuring visibility into lead volume, opportunity progression, and partner engagement. * Conduct regular partner business reviews to align goals, identify gaps, and prioritize joint initiatives that drive revenue growth. * Provide feedback to the VP of Channel Development based on partner insights, helping refine enablement materials, messaging, and channel program strategy. What You Bring * Experience in channel management, partner enablement, or indirect sales within SaaS, ERP, supply chain, logistics, or related technology. * Strong relationshipbuilding skills -- able to engage partner teams, earn trust, and influence without direct authority. * A natural ability to teach, coach, and simplify complex concepts for both technical and nontechnical audiences. * Familiarity with ERP ecosystems such as Sage, Acumatica, NetSuite, VISUAL, or Microsoft Dynamics BC , and an understanding of how TMS solutions fit into broader operational workflows. * Experience supporting VARs, ISVs, or channel partners in cosell or partnerled sales motions. * Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills. * Ability to manage multiple partners, initiatives, and pipelines simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Nice to Have * Background in transportation, distribution, warehousing, or freight operations. * Experience with partner marketing, channel programs, or sales enablement frameworks. * Understanding of ERP integration concepts (APIs, connectors, data mapping).
