Residential Sales Consultant responsibilities include but are not limited to communicating with potential/current customers, inspecting and measuring roofs, and creating proposals for needed roof work. Job

Duties

• Develop leads through personal marketing assisted by company marketing
• Meet with and consistently communicate with homeowners regarding their roofing needs
• Inspect roofs and property to determine the scope of damage and need for repair/replacement
• Work with insurance companies and adjusters when necessary
• Assist customers in selecting materials and colors used for the job
• Create proposals for work to be completed
• Develop referrals and generate positive reviews

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience preferred
• Previous roofing experience preferred
• Knowledge of roofing techniques and materials preferred
• Experience in project estimation and planning preferred
• Ability to pass a background check
• Current and unencumbered driver's license
• Authorization to work in the United States Job Type: Full-time Pay: $100,000.00 - $500,000.00 per year
