Outside Sales Representative - Industrial Equipment $/week base + commissions -- OTE $75,000-$90,000+ Company Truck + Cell Phone + Cloud-Based CRM + Full Benefits Superior Cleaning Equipment Inc. -- a 35+ year industry leader with a long- standing, established Phoenix corporate office -- is seeking a motivated Outside Sales Representative to join our team. We sell and service industrial pressure washers, floor scrubbers, wash water recycling systems, aqueous parts washers, service and detergents as well as related equipment to municipalities, contractors, fleet, manufacturing, OEMs and more. What You 'll Do: * Call on existing active customers -- maintain, grow, and build relationships * Develop new business -- prospect, cold call, and expand our market reach * Conduct on-site equipment demos , solutions assessments, and follow-ups * Utilize our cloud-based CRM (Method.Me) to manage leads and activities * Work alongside strong internal service, parts & rental support teams Compensation & Perks $600 week salary + 20% gross profit commission plan ($80K+ realistic first-year OTE) Company truck, fuel, laptop & smartphone provided Full benefits package -- paid medical, dental, vision, life, 401(k) w/company 5% match Long-standing, reputable company with strong customer base Protected Territory where you are compensated for any equipment sale.
