Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Hospice Care Sales Representative to join our team. This role involves developing and maintaining strong relationships with healthcare providers, facilities, and community partners to promote hospice services. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of medical sales, and the ability to effectively demonstrate our hospice products and services. Duties * Identify and engage potential clients through outside sales efforts, including B2B interactions with hospitals, clinics, and senior care facilities * Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to healthcare professionals and decision-makers * Manage existing accounts to ensure client satisfaction and retention through proactive communication and service excellence * Negotiate contracts and service agreements tailored to client needs * Collaborate with medical teams to understand patient care requirements and align hospice solutions accordingly * Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and follow-up actions using organizational tools such as Microsoft Office applications * Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally * Lead efforts in community outreach initiatives to increase awareness of hospice services Experience * Proven experience in medical or pharmaceutical sales, especially within hospice, healthcare, or related fields * Strong background in B2B sales, outside sales, or technical sales with a focus on product demos and account management * Demonstrated negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively * Excellent communication skills for engaging diverse audiences and delivering compelling presentations * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, and analysis tools for market research and reporting * Leadership qualities with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously while maintaining organized workflows * Experience in customer service roles within the healthcare sector is highly desirable This role is ideal for motivated professionals who are passionate about improving patient quality of life through compassionate hospice care while leveraging their sales expertise.
