In this role, you will support the customer through their buying journey and work to build long-lasting relationships and positive customer service experiences. We are looking for someone who has strong interpersonal skills, who is motivated by collaborating and interacting with others, and has a desire to grow their career at Copenhagen through training and professional development. Whether you are a seasoned sales associate or someone looking for a new career, the position will be offered to the person who is the right fit for our store. The ideal candidate will have effective communication skills and an open, detail-oriented mindset, and will receive on-the-job training to develop their sales approach and process. Serving the Austin, San Antonio, Phoenix, and Tucson areas, Copenhagen is a family-owned and operated furniture retailer known for providing unique modern furnishings with exceptional customer service. Our average sales associate makes over $70k PLUS per year and may choose their payment structure - salary plus commission or strict commission.
