Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to join our team as a Food Broker. This role is essential in managing client relationships, expanding business opportunities, and driving sales within the food industry. The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation skills, business development expertise, and a solid understanding of B2B sales processes. Responsibilities * Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying new business opportunities within the food industry. * Manage and grow assigned accounts through proactive engagement and tailored solutions. * Conduct warm calling campaigns to generate leads and follow up on potential prospects. * Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to maximize mutual value for clients and the company. * Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies that enhance brand presence and market penetration. * Conduct analysis of market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to inform strategic planning. * Lead presentations and product demonstrations to clients, showcasing the value of our offerings. * Coordinate with internal teams including sales, marketing, and technical support to ensure client satisfaction and successful account management. Qualifications * Proven experience in negotiation, business development, or B2B sales within the food or related industries. * Strong knowledge of account management principles and sales techniques. * Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers. * Analytical skills to interpret data, identify opportunities, and develop strategic plans. * Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Ability to conduct warm calling effectively and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
