Wireless Sales Associate - Boost Mobile Locations: Davenport, IA / Moline, IL Boost Mobile is seeking an energetic and customer-focused Wireless Sales Associate to join our retail team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys helping people, thrives on reaching sales goals, and wants to grow within the wireless industry. You'll be the first point of contact for customers, guiding them toward the right devices, plans, and accessories while delivering an outstanding in-store experience. Key Responsibilities * Welcome customers and provide friendly, knowledgeable assistance. * Listen to customer needs and match them with the best phone, plan, or accessory options. * Share details on current promotions, services, and product features to boost sales. * Process sales transactions accurately and follow all cash-handling procedures. * Keep the store looking sharp by restocking, organizing, and maintaining cleanliness. * Support store leaders in training new team members and contributing to daily operations. * Stay up to date on Boost Mobile offerings and wireless trends. * Help achieve store sales targets and assist with basic inventory tasks. What We 're Looking For * Retail sales or customer service experience preferred (wireless experience a plus). * Excellent communication and people skills. * Comfortable handling cash and using point-of-sale systems. * Driven to hit sales goals while working well with a team. * Tech-savvy with the ability to explain features in simple terms. * Leadership or training experience is helpful but not required. * Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-changing industry.
