Duties: - Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences - Provide information about available vehicles, including features and pricing - Conduct test drives with potential buyers - Negotiate and finalize sales agreements - Collaborate with the sales team to meet monthly sales targets - Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns Requirements: - Previous experience in customer service, outside sales, or retail sales is preferred - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Knowledge of automotive sales techniques and strategies - Multilingual abilities are a plus - Proficient in sales support tools and software - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets - Ability to cold call potential customers and generate leads We offer competitive compensation qualified candidates.
