Key Responsibilities: * Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers. * Maintain and grow sales revenue through gap and menu analysis. * Demonstrate expertise in product offerings and pricing structures. * Build customized product order guides tailored to individual customer needs. * Enter daily customer orders using a laptop. * Participate actively in sales meetings, marketing initiatives, and team collaborations. * Plan and manage daily sales calls and activities to achieve business growth objectives. * Develop sales plans and budgets aligned with company growth targets. * Ensure customers remain within payment terms by collaborating with Accounts Receivable for collections. * Expand the customer base by opening new accounts and increasing product penetration. * Address and resolve day-to-day customer concerns promptly and professionally. * Coordinate with internal departments to ensure customer needs are met and satisfaction is achieved. Qualifications: * Strong organizational and time-management skills. * Excellent sales and teamwork abilities, with the capacity to build rapport with customers at all levels. * Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently. * Compliance with company policies and procedures. * Effective communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills. * Positive attitude and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment. * Preferred: Bachelor's degree or a minimum of 2 years of experience in food service distribution sales. * Valid driver's license and automobile insurance. * Proficiency in using a laptop and basic math skills. * Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. * Other duties as assigned.
