Key Responsibilities * Prospect and develop new business and referral relationships * Conduct in-home consultations , building rapport and identifying key sales drivers * Design personalized organization solutions using our proprietary CAD software * Project manage -- Maintain consistent customer communication and coordinate with installation team to ensure customer satisfaction through project completion. * Complete required system updates and data entry You 'll Love This Role If You Have a proven background in sales or consultative selling Are confident managing your pipeline, follow-up, and closing Build trust quickly and ask strategic, open-ended questions Are competitive, coachable, and motivated by goals + commission Can manage your own schedule while consistently producing results Have a natural eye for space and design (we'll train you on the rest!)
