About the Role: The Sales BDC (Business Development Center) professional plays a critical role in driving the sales pipeline by effectively managing inbound and outbound customer communications. This position focuses on generating qualified leads, scheduling appointments, and nurturing customer relationships to support the sales team's success. The Sales BDC acts as the first point of contact for potential customers, ensuring a positive and professional experience that aligns with the company's brand values. By leveraging strong communication and organizational skills, the Sales BDC helps convert prospects into satisfied clients, ultimately contributing to revenue growth. This role requires a proactive approach to customer engagement and collaboration with sales and marketing teams to optimize lead conversion strategies. Minimum Qualifications: * Proven experience in a customer service, sales support, or call center role. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. * Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications: * Experience in automotive, retail, or related sales industries. * Familiarity with sales processes and lead qualification techniques. * Additional training or certification in sales or customer relationship management * Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales support targets. Responsibilities: * Respond promptly and professionally to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels. * Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to generate interest and schedule appointments for the sales team. * Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system. * Collaborate closely with sales representatives to ensure seamless handoff of qualified leads and follow-up on pending opportunities. * Monitor and report on key performance metrics related to lead generation and appointment setting to management.
