Based in the US, this position plays a key part in connecting our mission with community needs and fostering growth. Responsibilities * Develop and execute strategies for outside sales and business development to increase service reach. * Manage territory accounts and generate leads through proactive outreach. * Build strong relationships with healthcare providers, community organizations, and potential clients. * Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase our healthcare solutions. * Negotiate contracts and agreements with partners and clients. * Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and service excellence. * Maintain detailed records of sales activities using CRM tools. * Stay informed about industry trends to identify new opportunities. Qualifications * Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or territory management. * Strong negotiation and communication skills. * Ability to develop new business opportunities and manage client relationships. * Experience with CRM software such as Salesforce is a plus. * Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach. * Knowledge of healthcare services or related industries is preferred. * Excellent organizational skills and ability to work independently. * Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within assigned territory.
