About the Role: We're hiring a Roofing Sales Representative to meet with homeowners, assess storm-related roof damage, and help guide them through the insurance claims process. This is a field-based position that involves going door-to-door in targeted neighborhoods, attending adjuster appointments, and managing the customer relationship through the entire sales process--from initial inspection to signed contract and final roof installation. What You 'll Be Doing: * Visit residential neighborhoods and talk directly with homeowners about potential storm damage * Conduct roof inspections and document findings (training provided) * Guide homeowners through the insurance claim process * Attend adjuster meetings on-site to represent the homeowner's interests * Help customers choose materials and design options * Oversee each job from sale through completion, working closely with our production team * Maintain regular communication with customers throughout the process Who We 're Looking For: * Someone who is comfortable initiating face-to-face conversations with strangers * Clear, honest communicator who can explain a process in simple terms * Organized and detail-oriented--able to manage multiple active customers at once * Physically capable of inspecting roofs and working in a variety of weather conditions * Driven by performance--this is a commission-only role with strong income potential * Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license What We Offer: * Tools and materials to help you succeed in the field * Ongoing support from office and production staff * Flexible work schedule with autonomy in how you manage your day * Clear path to leadership and higher commissions with consistent performance Interested?
