The Promotional Sales Trainee will be crucial in helping the community upgrade to wireless wonderland, using their charm to ensure every customer feels like the most important person in the room. As a Promotional Sales Trainee, you'll start with training designed to turn you into a Verizon 5G guru, excelling in any Verizon promotional campaigns. The Promotional Sales Trainee builds fantastic relationships, using their spark to help local residents navigate 5G plans and device features, ensuring they feel totally supported while the Promotional Sales Trainee finds clever ways to supercharge their wireless connectivity. Key Responsibilities of the Promotional Sales Trainee * Engage with and guide customers in face to face promotional campaigns to select smartphones and connect devices that align with lifestyle needs and maximize 5G plan benefits. * Address inquiries with expert knowledge of Verizon's 5G Ultra Wideband coverage, device compatibility, and network performance. * Recommend tailored wireless sales solutions by aligning customer usage habits with Verizon's unlimited data plans and current promotions. * Process service enrollments, plan migrations, and device upgrades with precision, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with account security standards. * Conduct account reviews and apply current 5G promotions to enhance customer satisfaction, retention, and longterm loyalty. Minimum Qualifications of the Promotional Sales Trainee * High school diploma or GED preferred; Bachelor's in Communications, Marketing, or related field is an asset. * Experience in customer support, retail, or hospitality with a focus on delivering positive interactions and adaptability. * Strong communication and problemsolving skills to simplify 5G concepts, resolve concerns, and build rapport in the Columbia market. * Organized, proactive, and adaptable mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities in highenergy promotonal campaign settings.
