Help Wanted: Inside Sales Associate The Puppy Store - Las Vegas Compensation: * $14-18/hr depending on experience * Commission on every sale * Performance bonuses * Employee discounts * Part-time evening or full-time shifts available * Must have your own reliable vehicle About the Role: The Puppy Store Las Vegas is looking for an Inside Sales Associate who can deliver a high-energy, customer-focused experience while helping families find their perfect puppy. This role requires confidence, personality, and the ability to guide customers through breed options, pricing, financing, and our in-store process. Core Responsibilities: * Greet customers and build fast rapport * Conduct full "Puppy Match" consultations * Present pricing, financing options, and guarantees with clarity * Follow up with leads from walk-ins, calls, and online inquiries * Maintain a polished, organized sales floor * Assist with light puppy handling as needed * Process sales, agreements, and customer documentation accurately * Hit and exceed sales goals and performance standards * Represent The Puppy Store brand with professionalism and warmth Requirements: * Inside sales experience required * Customer service experience required * Weekend availability (Saturday and Sunday) * Reliable personal vehicle * Strong communicator with closing ability * Able to work in a fast-paced retail setting * Positive attitude and strong work ethic How to Apply: Please submit your resume directly through Indeed.
