What You 'll Do: This hybrid role is a great balance of customer service and retail sales. Your typical day will involve: * Helping Customers: Guide showroom visitors in person, answer phone calls, and handle online chats and emails--ensuring exceptional service every time. * Sales & Product Education: Clearly communicate Amerisleep's unique benefits to help customers select the ideal mattress and accessories. * Problem Solving: Provide helpful solutions and resolve customer questions or concerns efficiently and empathetically. * Showroom Management: Keep our showroom welcoming and customer-ready, managing basic administrative tasks, and staying organized. * Collaborate & Communicate: Work closely with teammates and managers, sharing insights to continuously enhance the customer experience. Ideal Candidate (You!): You're friendly, confident, and motivated. You enjoy helping people, learning new things, and providing great customer experiences. Here's what we're looking for: * 2+ years of Customer Service and/or Sales experience (Retail, hospitality, or call-center experience preferred). * Excellent communication skills--comfortable speaking in-person, over the phone, and in writing. * Tech-comfortable: Familiar with using software systems, email, chat, and Google Workspace (experience with Apple devices is a plus). * Professional and Reliable: You're punctual, dependable, and thrive in a structured, professional work environment. * Available for Consistent Schedule: You must be able to commit to a regular Monday-Friday schedule, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
