Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology sales and a strong background in customer service. This role involves engaging with clients, generating leads, and driving sales in both B2B and retail environments. The Sales Representative will be responsible for building relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet those needs. * Develop and maintain relationships with clients to foster long-term partnerships. * Conduct lead generation activities to identify potential customers and opportunities for sales. * Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track customer interactions and sales progress. * Engage in direct sales activities, including presenting products, negotiating terms, and closing deals. * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction. * Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for territory sales growth. * Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to effectively communicate benefits to customers. * Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
