Our agency is fast paced and high producing, but our team environment is centered on helping each other become the best versions of ourselves. We provide ALL TRAINING AND LICENSING so no experience is necessary to begin your career in insurance. Sales and customer service experience is helpful, but not required. This position offers a competitive base salary, plus commissions, for an uncapped earning potential. You're in charge of your own income based on your work ethic and effort! The more customers you help; the more money you will make. In addition to the base salary and new business commissions, you will earn renewal commissions on your existing clients, so your income will increase year over year; generating passive income for yourself.
