Job Title : Inside Sales / Customer Service Location : Phoenix, AZ Shift: M-F 7:00AM- 4:00PM Pay: 25.00 Position Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Inside Sales/Customer Service Representative to join our team in Phoenix, AZ. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact between our agency, our manufacturer partners, and our commercial plumbing customers (wholesalers, contractors, engineers, etc.). You'll support the sales team, manage customer inquiries, and help drive sales through exceptional customer service and product knowledge. Key Responsibilities: * Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and online portals regarding pricing, availability, lead times, and product specifications. * Prepare and process quotes, submittals, and order entry accurately and in a timely manner. We have a quotes person for "job" quotes, but our CSR's do quote via email and provide submittals when needed. * Provide support to outside sales reps and assist with follow-up on quotations and project tracking. * Maintain strong relationships with customers, manufacturers, and internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. * Resolve customer issues related to orders, deliveries, returns, and technical support with professionalism. * Stay current on product lines, specifications, and industry trends. We provide ongoing training * Coordinate with manufacturers to obtain up-to-date pricing, product information, and shipping details. * Track and follow up on active bids, projects, and purchase orders to close sales. Mainly purchase orders * Maintain CRM and ERP systems with accurate customer and order data. We use Prophet 21 (P21) and manufacturer Portals * Participate in training sessions, product launches, and trade events as needed. Qualifications: * 2+ years of experience in inside sales, customer service, or technical support in the plumbing, HVAC, or building materials industry preferred. Would be amazing, but we are willing to train a quick learner. * Knowledge of commercial plumbing products, systems, and terminology is a strong plus. We provide extensive product training * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Important! * Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks. Important! * Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word); experience with ERP or CRM systems is a plus. * Positive, team-oriented attitude with a strong work ethic and sense of urgency. * Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
