This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your sales skills while contributing to a vibrant workplace culture. < Duties> * Manage responsibilities, and directing them appropriately with professional phone etiquette. * Operate multi-line phone systems efficiently, handling inquiries and routing calls promptly. * Perform data entry and maintain accurate filing systems, both physical and digital, including document proofreading for accuracy. * Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace tools to prepare reports, correspondence, and presentations. * Coordinate calendar management and schedule appointments for team members or executives, ensuring optimal time management. * Provide customer service support by addressing client inquiries via phone or email, offering courteous assistance and follow-up as needed. * Handle clerical tasks such as copying, scanning, filing, and data entry with precision and speed. < Skills> * Proven experience in office administration or clerical roles with strong organizational skills. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications. * Excellent computer literacy with the ability to adapt quickly to new software tools. * Experience with QuickBooks or similar bookkeeping platforms is highly desirable. * Strong phone etiquette skills with experience managing multi-line phone systems in a professional setting. * Bilingual abilities are a plus to effectively serve diverse clients and team members. * Exceptional proofreading skills to ensure error-free documents and correspondence. * Demonstrated ability to manage calendars efficiently and prioritize tasks effectively through excellent time management skills.. * Knowledge of office management best practices combined with customer service expertise to create a positive environment for staff members. We are a business finance company that provides MCA resolutions in order to help businesses grow or just solve a financial issue. Experience in mortgage, finance, or banking is encouraged.
